I’m an IT infrastructure, security, and service-delivery leader with 10+ years of enterprise technology experience, including pharmaceutical environments at Arvinas and Alexion. I lead enterprise network and cloud modernization, aligning technology decisions with business priorities and focusing on security, resilience, governance, and reliable service delivery. My immediate team includes one employee and two dedicated full-time MSP resources; my broader MSP oversight covers 20+ consultants across two providers. I combine people leadership and vendor oversight with hands-on experience across AWS, Azure, enterprise networks, and security platforms. I lead ServiceNow CMDB and ITIL-aligned change management, support digital workplace services through Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Windows 365, and automate employee and consultant onboarding and offboarding with Microsoft Power Automate. My goal is to connect infrastructure strategy with dependable day-to-day operations and the needs of the business.
